Male guests (only) are welcome to make yourself at home. You will have a private bedroom and bath while the kitchen and family room is shared. Coffee, tea, juice, bagels, muffins and toast will be available for breakfast. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
The secluded pool and patio area offers clothing optional swimming and sunbathing.

Location is halfway between Sarasota and Saint Petersburg on the west coast of Florida USA in the town of Parrish. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the beautiful west coast of Florida beaches, Sarasota and Saint Petersburg (Gay bars and restaurants are located in Saint Petersburg).
Tampa (including Ybor City), the Hardrock Casino, Tampa Zoo, Busch Gardens and the other many activities to be done in Tampa is about a 45 minute drive away. With a 90 minute drive you will be able to visit Disney World, Universal Studios and Orlando.
Because public transportation is not available near your own personal vehicle would be needed. Your host will help with information concerning the area.

The average high temperature in the summer is 90F (32C) with an average low of 74F (24C). The average high temperature in the winter is 74F (24C) with an average low of 54F (12C). The pool is not heated so during the winter the water could be cool-to-cold.
